About the journal
Tobruk University Journal of Engineering Sciences (TUJES) is semiannual, open access and peer-reviewed journal issued by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tobruk. TUJES is an engineering and technology-focused content journal, which publishes original research articles, covering Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication and Information Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Petroleum Engineering.
The journal’s activity began in paper version with two issues, the first issue was published in 2019 and the second issue was in 2020.
After that, the journal stopped being issued until 2022.
The editorial board seeks to develop the journal by establishing an effective and rapid peer review system and making editorial decisions with reasonable speed and communicating them in a clear and constructive manner.
Submission of a manuscript to TUJES implies that all authors have read and agreed to its content and that the manuscript conforms to the journal’s policies.
Authors are also requested to submit certain appropriate forms needed for paper publication.
English is the language of publication that used in this journal.
Tobruk University Journal of Engineering Sciences (TUJES) remains neutral with regard to jurisdictional claims in institutional affiliations.

Call for papers
The journal publishes original papers that include: regular research papers, review articles, surveys, and case studies.
The number of submitted research pages for publication should not be less than six pages and should be no more than twenty typeset pages.
Authors are invited to submit papers through E-mail at email@example.com
The corresponding author must submit a written pledge, to be downloaded from the Downloads menu, stating that the research is original and has not been published elsewhere, nor is it currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
TUJES believes that peer-review needs to be efficient, rigorous, and fair for everyone involved. In TUJES journal, the peer-review is a double-blind assessment with at least two independent reviewers, followed by a final acceptance/rejection decision by the Editor-in-Chief, or another academic editor approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
All authors will receive their certificate of publication within a couple of weeks of publication.
Submitted articles to Tobruk University Journal of Engineering, will be taken to imply that the manuscript has not already been published or submitted elsewhere. If a similar or related work has been published or submitted elsewhere, then you must provide a copy of the submitted manuscript.
You may not submit your manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration at the TUJES journal.
